East Coast Project Management will engage consultants and co-ordinate the whole project to get a Development Application approved. We are committed to getting you a quality development that will provide you with a fantastic investment opportunity to help you secure an early retirement.

We will:

- Investigate what development potential is in your property

- Provide a Feasibility Study on the project

- Co-ordinate Consultants required to get the job done. i.e. Architects, Engineers, Surveyors etc.

- Submit plans and forms to council and negotiate responses

- Guide you through the process to help you become a developer

When Development Applications are approved we can assist you further and help manage your project in conjunction with Mainz Developments the Builder.
